Terms & Conditions
PRESENTATION : the hotelier has the freedom not to receive customers whose behavior is indecent and neglected, customers with noisy and incorrect behavior, customers whose behavior is contrary to public morals.
ARRIVALS : between 14:00 and 22:00. If you encounter difficulties (traffic or other) please let us know. Any claim on the quality of the services must be presented to the hotelier immediately. Any rental started is due, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
DEPARTURES : On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by noon. At the time of his departure the customer must hand the key to his room at the reception. It is forbidden to take an object belonging to the hotel. He must return it if it is a mistake, otherwise, the object will be billed.
PAYMENT : The housing benefit is payable no later than the day of departure. For long term rentals, notes must be paid weekly. The room rate applies per room, per night and does not include drinks or meals. We accept cash payments. We will ask anyone staying in our establishment to present us their passport and a visa in due form required by the Cambodian Immigration Service. For Cambodian customers, it will be necessary to present a valid identity card. In case you cannot submit this document, we will be forced to not access your request for room rental.
IN CASE OF INTERRUPTION OF YOUR STAY : there will be no refund. Similarly, in case of early departure, the stay is due in its entirety according to the conditions of the reservation. Delays on arrival or early departures cannot be refunded.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
- If you cancel or change your booking more than 7 days prior to your arrival date, we do not charge a fee.
- If you cancel or change your booking within 7 days of your arrival, we will charge you a fee equivalent to the first night.
- In case of absence or no-show the day of your reservation, the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
ACCES TO ROOMS : Rooms are available from 14.00 and must be vacated by 12.00. Attention, in case of departure beyond, an extra night will be charged. If you wish to keep the room for an extra night, the room must be paid before 11:30, subject to availability. Moreover your room is planned for a determined number of people and that must be respected. The customers must be above 18 years old to be able to register in a room.
SECURITY : The surveillance of the premises is assured for your safety and your comfort, by a guard and a video surveillance system 24/24. However, the management can not be held responsible for any theft or loss of objects within the establishment. Please do not leave valuables in your room.
VISITS : Any visit or presence of guests outside the hotel must be reported to the reception. The management reserves the right to deny the access to the hotel.
INTERDICTIONS : We remind you that it is forbidden to smoke inside the rooms, each room has a balcony or a terrace provided for this purpose. It is forbidden to cook and to iron clothes. It is also forbidden to use in the rooms gas appliances (for example: stove, electric wok or other household and cooking appliance, iron, etc.). All objects and prohibited products (weapons and drugs) by the laws and regulations in force, are obviously prohibited within the establishment. If necessary, the management may report potential offenders to the competent authorities.
KEP EDEN is against children trafficking and sexual abuse of minors, we do not accept such acts in our premises.
ANIMALS : Animals are accepted.
THE RECEPTION is open from 7:00 to 23:00, so we ask you to give the receptionist the keys of the rooms at any exit. The reception declines any responsibility for your luggage or objects deposited in public places.
THE BREAKFAST is served every day from 7.30am until 9.30am in the room or on the terrace. It is possible to order breakfast before 7:30, this order will have to be done the day before at the reception.
THE RESTAURANT : the hotel’s restaurant (Khmer, French and Mediterranean specialties) is open every day from noon to 2.30 pm and from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm
THE POOL is open from 8:00 to 22:00. The hotel is not responsible for accidents in or around the pool. Children must be under the supervision of parents.
NUISANCE : To respect the rest of other guests, be careful not to slam the doors or make too much noise especially between 22H00 and 8H00. Any noise of neighborhood related to the behavior of a person, may cause the hotel to invite the customer to leave the establishment without refund, since the noise generated is likely to undermine the tranquility of the guests.
RESPONSABILITIES : Children are under the sole responsibility of the customer.
THE PARKING : the hotel has two parking. Only the one outside is not monitored. Even if the city of Kep is quite safe, remember to lock your vehicle and not leave your belongings.
